Your rank never drops. Once you're Emerald, you stay Emerald. Nothing resets in January.

Does my past spend count?
Yes. Your rank is set by everything you have ever spent with KNOCK, so you may already be Bronze or higher the first time you sign in.
How do I join?
Sign in with the email you shop with. There is no password – we send a 6-digit code. New here? The same button creates your account.
How do I use my points?
Open My Rank, pick a reward and press Redeem. You get a code to use at checkout. 100 points = €5 off.
Can my rank drop?
No. Once you reach a rank, you keep it.
Do points expire?
No. Your points stay on your account.
Can I combine points with other codes?
No. One code per order, and points are earned on the amount you pay after discounts, excluding shipping.
